Built in the 1800's this fabulous, cosy 2 bed cottage is located on The Warren in St Ives, a very quiet and quaint street just a short hop to Porthminster beach, the harbour and all of St Ives restaurants, galleries and shops.

The Little Snug has been fully refurbished by it's owners to reflect the light and beauty of St Ives Bay using a tranquil palette.  Features such as original beams, flooring and exposed granite add to the cottagey charm whilst stylish items such as a Smeg fireplace and a modern wetroom add to the contemporary feel of this property.

Outside, a winding staircase leads to a decked area, the perfect place to sit in the sun and drink both the view and your morning coffee in.
